Wheelchair seats can only be booked by phone and cannot be booked online or by post. This is because we have to manage the allocation of seats to ensure that they are fairly allocated to wheelchair users and their companions.
These seats must be booked in advance. Please note that disabled concertgoers who need help may book a free seat for one companion.
Information about venue access, parking and facilities will be sent with your ticket.
Many of our venues are historic buildings that were not built as concert halls. While we indicate seats with the most severely restricted views on the seating plans, we cannot guarantee an unrestricted view.
