Following a successful pilot scheme in October 2021, Moor Music held workshops across sixteen different schools on Dartmoor and Exmoor in September and November 2022. We worked with Project String Quartet who provided us with Asaka and Regency Quartets in September and harpist, Anne Denholm and flautist, Henry Roberts in November. We reached a total of over 1,700 children over 30 workshops ranging from reception to year 13.

We asked the children for their feedback and here are some of their comments:
“The music made me want to dance.”
“It made me feel alive and happy.”
“I think if you have a good heart, you have a good song.”
